Delivery is unavailable to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Post Offices. All business addresses must be accessible and staffed during the nominated delivery window.

Shipping days do not include public holidays.

Taxes are included in the product price for applicable countries. No additional taxes will be calculated or applied at checkout. Depending on the total order value, some international orders may be subject to duties and customs fees, which vary by country. These fees are imposed by government authorities and are beyond the control of HARLOW G.

HARLOW G accepts no responsibility for any duties or customs fees incurred.

In the event that a parcel is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, our courier partner will attempt redelivery. If redelivery cannot be arranged within the designated timeframe, the parcel may be abandoned or destroyed by authorities in the recipient's country. No refund will be issued for unclaimed or refused parcels. Where HARLOW G is able to facilitate a return, all associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.

 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE SERVICE

Our courier partners may use an Authority to Leave service when delivering your order if they assess that the delivery address has a secure location for parcel placement without requiring a signature. In such instances, HARLOW G cannot be held responsible if the parcel goes missing. Refunds will not be issued and replacement parcels will not be sent under these circumstances.

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes via international postage.
