  • The content does not infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property or privacy
  • The content is accurate and not misleading

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law. Where cancellation is permitted by law, Harlow G reserves the right to recover any reasonable costs or losses incurred as a result.

6. Goods
We make every effort to display the colours, textures, and appearance of our products as accurately as possible. Variations may occur due to differences in screen displays, devices, and settings. Any additional items or accessories shown in product images are for styling purposes only and are not included unless stated. You are responsible for reviewing the product title and description before purchasing.

All orders are subject to product availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order or part of it, we will notify you within a reasonable timeframe and may cancel or adjust your order.

If your order is cancelled due to unavailability, you will receive store credit for the affected item, or a refund where required by law. Where there is a delay in restocking, we may contact you with the option to proceed, select an alternative item, or cancel.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of goods purchased per order, customer, or address.

7. Recalls and Bans
If any goods are subject to a recall or restriction, you agree to follow any reasonable instructions provided by Harlow G regarding the return, disposal, or handling of those goods. You also agree that we may contact you regarding the recall and that you will inform any person who has received the goods from you, including gift recipients, where applicable.

8. Prices and Payment
Harlow G reserves the right to change prices, products, and payment methods at any time without notice. These changes will not affect orders already placed.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping and delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are not included in the listed product price.

You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or charges imposed by any authority in relation to your order, including international orders.

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order, including product price, shipping fees, and any applicable charges. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full, using the payment methods available at checkout.

You must not use any fraudulent or unauthorised payment method. If a payment is declined, reversed, or suspected fraudulent, Harlow G reserves the right to cancel the order.

9. Returns
Returns, exchanges, and faulty goods are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy. Harlow G does not offer refunds as a default remedy. Store credit is provided instead, except where a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Store Credit
Store credit and gift vouchers are issued and used in accordance with our Returns Policy.

11. Delivery and Shipping
Shipping and delivery are handled in accordance with our Shipping Information page.
Delivery is considered to have occurred when you or your nominated carrier takes possession of the goods, or the goods are delivered to your nominated address, whether or not you are present at the time.

You are responsible for ensuring delivery can be accepted. If delivery cannot be completed as arranged, Harlow G may charge a reasonable fee for redelivery.

Any delivery dates or timeframes provided are estimates only. Delays may occur and Harlow G is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delayed delivery. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.

12. Risk and Title
Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to your nominated address. From this point, Harlow G is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of the goods.

13. Promotions, Discounts, and Sale
Promotions, discounts, and offers are subject to their own specific terms as determined by Harlow G from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be used with any other offer.

Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, unless deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Harlow G reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to cancel any order where a promotion or discount code has been applied incorrectly or in breach of the promotion terms.

14. Termination
Harlow G may, at its discretion, cancel all or part of any order or suspend or terminate the supply of goods if you breach these Terms, including failure to make payment. We may also terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, or suspend or restrict access where misuse or unlawful activity is suspected.

If we cancel an order and you are not in breach of these Terms, we will provide store credit, or a refund where required by law, for any goods paid for but not supplied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harlow G is not liable for any additional loss or damage resulting from the exercise of these rights.

All content on our Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and overall look and feel, is owned by or licensed to Harlow G and protected by intellectual property laws.
